2. Dimensions of the package
Yes. Every item coming into Israel needs to have its value declared – irrelevant of its value or state of use. This can be done with a copy of the invoice or filling out our Declaration Form.
In the event that there is no available invoice or the items are used goods, filling out our Declaration Form is sufficient.
2. ID / Passport Number
3. Package Description
4. Package Value
5. Years of usage
When presents or used items are shipped they must also be accompanied with an invoice for customs purposes. In the event there is no invoice the value of the goods need to be declared. When declaring the value of used goods take into consideration their condition as used products.
Important note: a used product is an item with no tags/price attached to it and which looks like it has real wear. Customs suspect packages that are declared as used and may detain the shipment in order to conduct a physical examination.
The package will be kept at the pickup branch for four days from the time you have received notification of its arrival.
Afterwards SHIPLEE can no longer accept responsibilty.
